In the event that a specific product requested by the customer is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances such as supply chain disruptions, manufacturing issues, or inventory shortages, Georgia Premier Roofing reserves the right to substitute the requested product with one of the same kind and quality without prior notice to the customer. The substitute product will be carefully selected to match the original specifications as closely as possible, including material, color, size, and performance characteristics.

3. Acceptance of Substitutions

By placing an order with Georgia Premier Roofing, the customer agrees to this substitution policy and acknowledges that they may receive a different product than originally requested, provided that it meets the criteria of like kind and quality. Customer satisfaction is paramount; therefore, if the substituted product does not meet the customer's expectations, they are encouraged to contact our customer service team immediately for resolution.

4. Custom Orders and Special Products

This substitution policy does not apply to custom orders or products specially manufactured to the customer's specifications. For such orders, Georgia Premier Roofing will contact the customer to discuss alternative solutions if the requested product is unavailable.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. Payment terms are specified at the time of order and must be adhered to. Failure to comply with payment terms may result in order cancellation or delays.

6. Warranty and Liability

Georgia Premier Roofing provides warranties on our products as specified in the product documentation. We disclaim any liability for damages or losses resulting from the use of substituted products unless proven to be directly caused by negligence on our part.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Georgia Premier Roofing be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services.
